TidyRoll — Clean Up Your Photos

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the TidyRoll app ("App"), developed and provided by Dual Node Labs ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms apply to the App on iPhone.
TidyRoll is licensed to you, not sold. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

TidyRoll requires access to your photo library to function. The App reads your photos solely to display them for review and deletes them only when you explicitly confirm the action. You are solely responsible for any photos you choose to delete. Deleted photos are moved to your device's Recently Deleted album and are recoverable for 30 days via the iOS Photos app.
We strongly recommend reviewing photos carefully before confirming deletion. Once the 30-day recovery window has passed, deleted photos cannot be restored by TidyRoll or by us.
TidyRoll offers a one-time lifetime purchase to unlock unlimited photo cleanup. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as permitted by Apple's refund policies. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
The optional iCloud sync feature stores your sorting decisions in your personal iCloud account via Apple's CloudKit. You are responsible for managing your iCloud storage. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from iCloud service interruptions or storage limits.
All content, design, graphics, logos, and code within TidyRoll are the property of Dual Node Labs and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the App at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dual Node Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of photos, loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
The App relies on Apple platform services including the App Store, Photos framework, CloudKit, and StoreKit. Your use of those services is governed by Apple's own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of any Apple service.
We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the App, or any part of it, at any time without notice. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your devices. These Terms will survive termination to the extent necessary to enforce any rights or obligations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
