By creating an account or using BidLeague, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the app immediately.

2. Description of Service

BidLeague is a social pool-auction platform where users can create and join prediction pools, bid on sports teams, and compete with friends. The service is provided for entertainment purposes only.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Keep your password secure and not share it with others.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Not create multiple accounts or impersonate any other person.

4. Pools and Auctions

Pools created on BidLeague are for entertainment only. Any entry fees or prize distributions within pools are managed entirely by pool creators and participants. BidLeague does not facilitate, hold, or guarantee any monetary transactions between users.

You acknowledge that participation in pools is voluntary and that BidLeague bears no liability for disputes between pool participants regarding payments or prize distribution.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its systems.
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to interact with the service.
• Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, or obscene.
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities for personal gain or to harm other users.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within BidLeague, including logos, graphics, interface design, and software, is owned by or licensed to BidLeague and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

By submitting content to the platform (such as profile photos or usernames), you grant BidLeague a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content in connection with operating the service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BidLeague and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice in the app or sending a notification. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BidLeague operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
